[amsat-bb] Lusat inactive?

The LO-19 are inactive

Different listen of their orbit in the day 26-07-98
from Argentina (LU1HKO Fernando Costarelli) or Spain, at 21:51GMT
they were negative.
Is the satellite lost?
The last telemetria reading in my database belongs to the day 25
at 10:53:51
