[amsat-bb] Mir QSL

What is required to get a Mir QSL card? Is it merely making a contact with
the PBBS? Since I have made contact with the PBBS and have uploaded a
message, I would love to get a Mir QSL card. Any and all help/comments would
be greatly appreciated!
