did some research ..... NASA TV via DISH network $5.00 a month
One of the least expensive systems I've seen is about $80 ...
so seems like a pretty inexpensive method if you don't want to put up a C
BAND system
Here is the reply to the email I sent when I asked if I could get NASA
select and nothing else.....

Rob,
Thank you for your interest in Dish Network. Currently, the NASA
Channel is being carried in the clear, free of charge. If you activate a
system with your dish pointed to 61.5* location, you will receive the
channel. If you choose not to subscribe to a basic service there is a
$5.00
per month access fee. So in order to access only NASA you would pay $5.00
