[amsat-bb] MAX_SBITS in DTLM

Hi,

I have a question related to DTLM program.
When I invoke it, DTLM says
'ERROR: You must increase MAX_SBITS and recompile'
and I get DOS prompt.
I guess my DTLM is fairly old. Labeled 16/4/1992.

What should I do ?  Would AMSAT-UK make it new ?
