You can download software for either modem or internet time adjustment at
the following site:

                  http://www.boulder.nist.gov/timefreq/javaclck.htm

This is the atomic clock at the National Institute for Stadards and
Technology. Just look at the bottom of the above page. NISTIME can be done
immediatly, or at specified intervals.
