[amsat-bb] TMSAT-1 Update

The launch of TMSAT is sheduled for 05:48 UTC today.  The launch was
scrubbed yesterday just 2 minutes before liftoff when the automatic systems
detected a problem with the ground based support equipment.  This has been
rectified and the countdown is continuing.
