Lunar Prospector Detection.

It been up there for a while, several others have detected it, and now I
finally have.

I used the following to do so:

*3 foot prime focus dish (modified for helical feed)
*WB5LUA Pre-amp
*Modified Drake MMDS Downconverter
*3 Turn Helical Feed
*AF9Y's FFTDSP Software

I was unable to "hear" signal at all - only the DSP software detected
the signal. I followed it for two near side passes to confirm.
