KO-25 Message

I see a message on KO-25, which incidentally is not workingl, which
says, "We will reboot the OBC S/W of KO-25 for awhile."

What does this mean?

I just received my copy of THE AMSAT-NA DIGITAL SATELLITE
GUIDE....is worth the money....also included was a free PB/PG
software.  The book and software let me understand more what
is going on with the Digital Birds.
