Hi Jay,

how type of mast are you using?  If metallic, the problem is due
to this material!  Try with a non conductive mast between up- and
down-link aerials.
I had experienced this problem some years ago, and this
was the only applicable solution.
Around me, other friends used the same solution and working all
satellites on mode J without problems.  (the mast used is a 2"
fiberglass reinforced type).
