HI Erdinc,
I think that two way are praticable:
1) buy a radio test set ( I use one from Marconi Instruments, and another
from Rhode & Schwarz).Each two has many fetaures, also code encode/decode.
2) I've tried a software, running under Linux, that with a soundcard can
encode/decode almost all the audio signal (CCIR /ZVEI etc etc) plus ham
standard (1200bps /2400 /4800 bps). It cames from Thomas Sailer HB9JNX
http://www.ife.ee.ethz.ch/~sailer/ham/ham.html ) and I found it very
useful.
