The FLARE161 (Iridium flare prediction program) works very very well!
An item of interest common to those that use two line elements in  
Instantrack, BE SURE THAT NO BLANK LINE IS IN PLACE AT THE START OF THE
KEPS!  This is a common error that cost a few hours.
