Just for future reference, I routinely update my Web page on Monday,
Wednesday, and Friday with the latest Keps.  While this is more frequent
than most people care for, it does pretty much guarantee a reasonably fresh
set of Keps any time you download them.  This also covers updates for things
like Mir maneuvers, etc.  My Web page is at:
