Wisp directory loading

Have been fooling with a WISP program, trying to get it to work. Need advice on the following:

1: When I have the MSPE screen called up showing a sattellite (KO-23) and click on the directory button, I get the following:

Satellite directory no found wisp\KO-23.

 

2: I can read date on a packet program. However, I can not get the WISP to read data.
