There may not be WiSP for Unix,  but there is:

Microsat Ground Station Software for Linux and X-Windows

   Available from the AMSAT FTP site.
   Written in C and uses the Linux AX.25 kernel protocol stack.
   Does not include tracking or automation code.
   
JStation

   Available from http://www.qsl.net/n6lyt
   Written in Java.
   Runs on Windows/95, Linux, Solaris, ...
   Includes tracking and automation code.
   Linux device driver for the KCT under development.
