That doesn't sound right at all. Not having seen one of these things,
I would geuss that the "5.6 ohm" is really a choke made in a carbon
resistor form factor. 5.6 Ohms would not be enough to isolate the RF
from the D.C. The caps marked "102" are more than likely 1000 pF.
