Wisp Message Reader via Packet

Thanks for reading this.

Do you know of any software available that will read message in the
'Wisp' message format  and convert it to a file that can be read via
terrestrial packet software?

The reason for the software is I wish to access Pacsat messages from my
sat station's PC via 2mtr packet when I am away from the station.
