Can anything be done about a Ham Repeater operating on a frequency which is,
according to the Band Plan, supposed to be an Oscar Subband?
The repeater is on 145.980 MHz (the Mir Packet BBS is on 145.985).
Every time there is a Mir pass it cannot be copied because of the S-9+ signal.
I know the "Band Plan" is voluntary but any suggestions? 73 & thanks de Jay,
