Rick,

Shuttle retransmission takes place on a volunteer basis by those repeater
owner-operators in any given geographic region who may be interested in doing
so.  There is no 'national listing' as it changes from day to day and flight
to flight.  

I might suggest that you check with the local repeater owner-operators or the
repeater coordination council that provides service to your area to find out
if there is a repeater (or simplex net) carrying shuttle mision audio near
you.
