Radio Selection Help, Please

I am about to get back active in AMSAT again after being off since 
the AO-10 days.

At that time, I enjoyed mode "B" using an Icom 271A with a 
MUTEK front end and a 471A.

Of course, I don't have those anymore and am considering 3 
replacements:

Icom IC-821H
New Yaesu FT-847
Yaesu FT-736R

Also, what Az-El rotors control with the various software packages?  

Any help would be greatly appriciated.
