Leonid Labutin UA3CR in a packet message confirmed safe arrival of the
antennas and rotator sent to Moscow.  Leo sends his thanks to everyone who
took part in the event and made a contribution.  In the package I included
all the QSL cards I had received from stations who worked RS3A.  Also
a request to Leo to send return QSLs.
