Spoutnik 40 / RS-17 QSL RXed

Hello,

I received my Spoutnik 40 / RS-17 QSL from FR5KJ today. The envelope is
post stamped 1.4.98. Actually, the QSL is called "DIPLOME" (with the number
0897) and has the size 21 cm by 14 cm. It looks fine and shows some
graphics and French and Russian text.
