The FO-29 command station had anounced on 27 March
about operation mode switching, as follows.
On the pass at 08z on 27 March, FO-29 command station detected
two bit errors in the OBC(On Board Computer)
while they tried to switch the bird into mode JD1200.
Reseting computer and reloading software will take a while,
so the bird will stay in mode JA until further notice.
