Dsp2232 & Pacsats Problems

I would like to know if there is some mods that I should do to the dsp2232
for the pacsats. During connects I am timed out. I am using a little over
100 watts to a pair of hygain X yagis with a ft736r and a brick amp. Would
like to use less power as I think this is an over kill, if possible would
like to use 736r bare foot.
What settings should I have for wisp and tnc?? I am using the defaults
provided with wisp.

Any suggestions and experiences???
