PacComm problem

My PacComm NB-96/Tiny-2 combo has "locked up" and I can't seem to reset
it.  The TNC CON and STA leds remain constantly lit.  I don't get
anything out on the serial port, nor does it respond to commands from
the keyboard.  Has anyone had this experience and have a fix?
