wanted 1.6ghz to 137mhz downconverter

  hi the name here is alan. does anyone have a 1.6ghz to 137mhz
downcoverter
used they would like to sell?
 the thread that was going around about the 2.4 ghz ones from drake would
be nice if they were 1.6 instead.
 the one i am looking for is a brick type that required no preamp when
used 
with a 10 dbi gain ant. for the noaa birds which is what i would be
wanting
to do.
 it does not need to be mast mounted or powered via coax. a one piece
unit
would definatly be required along with something that does not take up
half
of the garage (haha).
