I don't think I've ever had explained to me what people do, exactly,
with the packet satellites? Like are they used like a bbs system
where people leave broadcast messages to each other? Sort of like
this group? Or are most of the messages/files private traffic.
Is there a traffic jam connecting to these things -- from areas like
here on the west coast of California? Or are these guys relatively
quiet?
