Today, We were confirmed that wisp3210 worked normally for KO-23
and KO-25 by the original generated equations.txt files.

        KO-23 :  Up 145.900MHz,  Down 435.175MHz
        KO-25 :  Up 145.870MHz,  Down 436.500MHz
