Our Simple 2-Step Online Registration

To register for the Symposium online follow these two easy steps:

1. Register for the Symposium Online
   Register for the symposium, select your Banquet meals and book a tour at the AMSAT Store and checkout using your credit card!
      
2. Book your hotel reservation at the AMSAT Discount Rate*
   Optionally, sign up online for the Marriott Rewards program before you register if you want to collect reward points for your stay at the Symposium. Then click on the link above to go to the Marriott online reservations form.
   

* It is important to understand how the discounted rate system works in order to reserve your rooms successfully. We have a block of rooms set aside from the 21st through the 30th of October, and the discounted rate code only applies during that period. If you book a room outside that range the reservation software will tell you (or a customer service representative) that there are no rooms available.

Here are some additional steps that will guide you to a successful reservation:

1. Make a reservation for any days within the discount period (see below) using the "RMSRMSA" group discount code.  
2. If you wish you can call the hotel directly at (412) 788-8800 or call the national reservation center at 1 (770) 739-9461. Be sure to give them the "RMSRMSA" group discount code. Telling them you are a member of AMSAT or as an AMSAT symposium attendee might work on the direct number but using the group code is the only sure way to get the discount.
3. Room rates are $104.00/night. This includes a guarantee of rooms with two beds on request. The quoted rate is subject to any applicable taxes or hotel fees that may apply at time of occupancy. The current tax rate is 14%.
4. Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 12:00PM.
5. These discount rates are available to attendees 3 days prior to the group's event and 3 days after the group's event, subject to availability. That means the rate is available from October 21st through October 30th.
6. We believe that AMSAT attendees are to get a 15% discount on any food purchased in the hotel.
7. Wireless Internet is available in rooms for an additional charge of $9.95 per day. Wireless Internet is also available in the lobby and meeting rooms that we believe is free.
