Flying Into Pittsburgh
Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) is located just 16 miles west of downtown Pittsburgh and is
easily accessible from most of western Pennsylvania's major interstate highways. PIT is serviced by
19 airlines with domestic flights from most major metropolitan areas in the US and Canada.
A list of those airlines can be found at the Pittsburgh International Airport's Airlines Web page.
International travelers will need to make connections through other airports to reach PIT.
Known connecting cities from Europe are Boston/BOS, New York/JFK, Philadelphia/PHL, Washington (BWI),
Atlanta/ATL, Chicago/ORD, Detroit/DTW and Cincinnati/CVG.
