Information for Vendors and Exhibitors
The Space Symposium is an annual event that features professional quality presentations relating to amateur radio in space, communications and technologies. It provides opportunities for about 300 active satellite builders and users to exchange information and discuss all facets of both manned and un-manned amateur radio space projects. There will be demonstrations of technologies being developed for Phase III E and Eagle Satellites.
We invite academic and technology exhibitors, and commercial vendors, to participate in the Space Symposium. All are invited to submit presentations and product/project announcements and we will have exhibit and vendor space available.
Exhibit Space for Satellite Programs
We will have exhibit space available for academic satellite programs, Cubesats and other amateur satellite and technology programs. Please use the website Contact form to reserve your space.
Donations to AMSAT
Your company has a wonderful opportunity to increase the visibility of your brand and products by contributing a prize to be awarded at the Saturday Night Banquet. One or more of your products, discount coupons, and/or gift certificates are welcome contributions.
As a prize donor, you company may expect:
- Your prize donation to be publicized on the AMSAT web site; sent to Symposium attendees prior to the event; in the Proceedings and materials given to attendees upon registration; and highlighted in signage at the conference.
- Your company will be highlighted in a special “supporters” section in the Symposium Proceedings which are distributed during the Symposium and for sale afterwards.
- Your catalogs and brochures will be placed in the Symposium display area.
- Your company and donation will be publicly acknowledged during the Banquet;
- Your prize donation to be acknowledge in our Journal.
- Your company will receive an acknowledgement letter to document your tax deductible donation to AMSAT, a 501(c)(3) corporation.
Vendor Display Space
A limited amount of space will be available for commercial vendors in the foyer outside the main Symposium room. You may use your own exhibition booth or a table will be provided. Vendors making donations to AMSAT will be given priority for space.
