2006 Symposium Paper Submission Procedure
- Please view the list of topics already submitted by visiting the 2006 Symposium Papers List.
- Use the 2006 Symposium Paper Registration webpage to register your paper and it's topic. This will reserve space in the Symposium and Proceedings for your paper and will ensure your presentation is listed in the agenda correctly.
- It is not necessary to have a paper completed to submit this form - it is used to register your paper and reserve space in the Symposium Agenda
- If you are presenting more than one paper please submit one form for each topic
- If you are part of a team of presenters please submit one application for your team. You can see if your team has already applied by viewing the 2006 Symposium Papers List.
- Please download the Symposium Proceedings Template and use this to prepare your paper in Microsoft Word or Open Office. It is not mandatory that your paper be submitted in this format. If you submit in a different format please do so before 5 September 2006 to allow the staff extra time to process your content.
- When you are ready to submit your paper, please combine your paper and original graphics and images into a zip file. If your presentation files compress to more than 10MB please break them up into "xxxxx_Part1.zip", "xxxxx_Part2.zip", etc.
- Refer to the Paper Upload instructions that were mailed to you. For security reasons you need the Confirmation Number contained in the email to access the menu and make sure your files are uniquely identified so they do not overwrite papers from other contributors.
- You can update information about your paper, upload files and check the status of your paper at any time through the Paper Management Page. (Note - requires your confirmation number.)
