AMSAT Activities at Dayton
AMSAT has a number of great activities planned during Hamvention. There will be new offerings at the AMSAT booth as well as Specials, follow the link for Booth Activities to see them. 

ARISSat-1 has been making a great deal of progress this past year. We will have on display the operational protoype as well as some of the NexGen 3U cubesat.

The Satellite Demonstration area is located right outside the Ball Arena entrance and will working satellite passes throughout the day. Satellite pass times are listed at the AMSAT Booth and at the Demonstration Area.

The AMSAT theme for 2010 is "Space Technology for Hams" . We will have multipe exhibits of the new AMSAT satellites on display. 

Thursday evening
AMSAT Thursday Night Get-together
We will be at Tickets Pub & Eatery this year. The menu is great and a nice change of pace. Check it out at TicketsPub.com

Friday evening
AMSAT/TAPR Banquet
The fourth annual AMSAT/TAPR Banquet will be Friday night May 14 at the Kohler Banquet Center. 
Dr. Bob McGwier, N4HY will be  the keynote speaker.

The price for the Banquet is $30. Seating is limited and reservations are required. Follow the Dayton Banquet 2010 link below for information about reservations and additional information. Tickets may be ordered through the AMSAT Store.

Saturday
AMSAT Forum
The AMSAT Forum will be on Saturday May 15 in Forum Room 5 from 11:15 am - 1:30 pm. Additional information can be found at the Dayton Forum 2010 link.
